Pressure Washing

Anyone can purchase a pressure washer. Simply owning a pressure washer and advertising you offer a service doesn’t mean you can operate it effectively. A pressure washer in the hands of an unskilled operator can cause a great deal of damage. Just to name a few. Wood carved into at too high of pressure, plants and lawn killed, siding blown off, paint peeled from house and even concrete cut and etched.

No, because we understand that you are just as busy as we are. We do ask that you close all of your windows, clear your driveway or deck and put away fragile decorations on your home or deck.

We are very conscious on our impact to the environment. We have valuable equipment that recovers waste water so that no water will be wasted.

I received a coupon from another pressure washing company offering very low prices, are your prices higher?
We are very competitive on our pricing. The companies that offer extremely low prices are cutting costs on equipment, using harsh chemicals and not carrying insurance. Low priced offers, according to the Better Business Bureau, result in the most complaints and unresolved problems reported to the BBB.

Is there a difference between pressure washing and power washing?
There is no difference between pressure washing and power washing it’s just a different terminology.

My contractor said my siding and deck are zero maintenance is this true?
Low maintenance yes, zero maintenance no. Anything left outside in the sun and humidity will get dirty. Your car gets dirty sitting in your driveway, so does your house and deck.

Wood turns gray because it is being exposed to water and the sun. In order to prevent your wood from turning graying, stain and seal your deck or fence every 2 years.

Why is insurance important?

Many contractors state they have insurance, but few actually have more than an automobile policy. If damage occurred to your home by a contractor, or an injury on your property you could easily be held responsible. Always ask for proof of insurance. That little question cold save you thousands of dollars.

X-mass lights

How much does your service cost?
There is no “set” answer to this question. The cost of our service depends on several things, including the number of light strings you’d like to hang, the size of the display you want built and how long it will take us to put your display together. Generally, our prices range from as little as $100 to as high as several thousand dollars for large residential or commercial displays.

How do you price your projects?

If you contact us, we will come out to your home or place of business and consult with you on what type of display you desire. Based upon what you’d like done, we’ll put a quote together for you. An important fact to remember is that we’ll work within any budget, as our success is based partially on our service-oriented flexibility. If the cost is acceptable, we’ll schedule a time to take care of the work. As an aside, our service will generally cost less if we’re able to perform the work early in November as opposed to the pre-holiday rush that typically starts after Thanksgiving

Do you take the lights down at the end of the season?

Yes. Taking down the displays is part of our service, and it’s included in the quote we provide for you before we start work. We begin taking lights down on January 2nd and continue to do so through the third week of January.

Is your work guaranteed?

We are interested in building long-lasting customer relationships, and will gladly provide references per your request. There are things that can happen to lights for a variety of reasons, including wind, rain and other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, our professional staff will return to troubleshoot whatever problem exists quickly and efficiently.
